Molecule Description
Camylofin+Paracetamol is a combination medicine. It is used to treat abdominal
pain due to obstruction or blockage in the urinary tract, bile duct, stomach and intestine. It is also used in painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea) to relieve cramps and pain. It works by reducing the pain by blocking chemical messenger and relaxing the muscle of the stomach and intestine to reduce pain. Camylofin+Paracetamol is available in the form of tablet, syrup, suspension. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from, before starting this medicine.

- Camylofin+Paracetamol is used for the treatment of abdominal pain due to obstruction in the urinary tract, bile duct, and intestine.
- It is also used in painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea) to relieve cramps and pain.
Contraindications of Camylofin+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen
When should one not use Camylofin+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen
- If you are allergic to camylofin, paracetamol or similar medicines
- If you are suffering from any severe liver disease
- If you have bleeding issuses in gastrointestinal tract
- If you have an enlarged prostate
- If you have an eye condition (glaucoma)
- If you have megacolon, abnormal dilation of the large intestine
- If you have any condition known as mechanical stenoses
- If you have difficulty in passing urine or completely voiding bladder
- If you have a rare hereditary disease of blood called porphyria
- If you experience fast heartbeats

- You are taking medicines like Amantadine (used in Parkinson's disease), Quinidine (used in heart disease) or Amitriptyline, Doxepin which are used to treat brain related disorder
- You have fever, thyroid related disorder, difficulty in passing urine, uneven heart beats or lung related condition
- You are suffering from glaucoma or urinary retention
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are suffering from chronic malnutrition
- You have a condition called pyloric stenosis (gastric outlet obstruction)
- You have a prostate problem (like Benign prostate enlargement)
- You have phenylketonuria (an inherited condition in which a special diet must be followed to prevent mental retardation)
- You are above 65 years of age
